1. Abstract
Worldwide has known, that Indonesia is actually a rich country. It's got vast seas, it earns much agricultural product, it owns lots of mineral, its soil's fertile and its citizens are friendly. But, why isn't Indonesia now advanced? Why is the GDP of Indonesia still low?
Unemployment is a quite serious problem in my country. As the time expansion, the number of unemployeed labour always increases. Even, it needs 7.3% of economical growth, 4% until 6% of inflation rate, 5 - 7% of interest rate, and Rp9.500,00 until Rp10.5000,00 of exchange rate to employ labours. But, in Orde Baru time or Soeharto's government, the unemployment rate in Indonesia was still low.
